Steps are not appearing
Check today's steps in Apple Health and whether Rat has permission to read step counts. Return to the app and let it refresh. The in-game balance accounts for steps already spent and can differ from today's total in Health.
Places are missing from the map
Check your internet connection and location permission in iOS Settings. If nearby places are unavailable, try again later. You need to be close to a place to collect supplies.
Progress and backups
Progress is saved locally. The current version has no account or manual transfer. Do not delete the app to fix an issue: doing so removes its local progress. Contact support first. Device backups are managed separately through Apple.
