1. The app and its developer
Goosprint is a creative app for drawing and completing art challenges within a game. It is provided by the developer identified on its App Store listing under the GoosApp brand. Contact the team at goosappteam@gmail.com.
This agreement describes the rules for using Goosprint features. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA. These rules supplement that license and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
2. Using the app
You may create and save drawings, complete available challenges and use the features offered by your version. Use the app lawfully, respect other people’s rights and do not interfere with the app or its infrastructure. Features may depend on your iOS version, device capabilities, available storage, game progress and internet access.
3. Your artwork
You retain the rights you hold in your artwork. Make sure you have the necessary rights to imported images and materials. Saving artwork in Goosprint does not by itself grant the developer permission to publish or commercially exploit it.
Drawings and game progress are stored locally on your device. Export important artwork yourself: deleting the app, clearing its data or device failure may cause data loss. When sharing through the system share sheet, you select the recipient and the chosen service’s rules apply.
4. Challenges, coins and evaluations
Customers, auction sales, coins, reputation and rewards are game mechanics. They are not real commissions, money or a promise of income; game coins cannot be exchanged for money. An in-game sale does not transfer copyright to a real buyer.
Automated drawing evaluation runs locally on your device and can make mistakes. It serves the game and is not professional art criticism or a market valuation. To prepare evaluation, the app downloads model files from GoosApp’s server. This requires internet access and device storage and may use mobile data. Drawings are not uploaded to the server for this evaluation.
5. Data and external services
The production app uses Mixpanel to analyze feature usage. Data may include an installation identifier, device and app version information, language settings, region and interaction events. This information is sent to the analytics service, including Mixpanel’s European infrastructure, to understand and improve the app. Keeping drawings off the evaluation server does not mean that no analytics data is transmitted.
When downloading the model or opening web documents, the relevant servers receive normal request information, including an IP address. Apple and external services you choose process data under their own rules. Contact support about data processing and applicable rights; this agreement does not replace a separate privacy policy.
6. Availability and changes
We may release updates, fix errors and change available features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or error-free automated evaluations. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Revised terms are published here with a new date. Where the law requires separate notice or consent for material changes, it must be provided before those changes apply. Revisions do not remove mandatory rights that have already arisen.
7. Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using the app at any time. Export artwork you want to keep before deleting the app. For questions about Goosprint, this agreement or data, contact goosappteam@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, payment details or information that is unnecessary for your request.
