1. Who is responsible
Goosprint is provided by Aleksandr Saksonov under the GoosApp brand. This policy describes data processing in the Goosprint drawing game. Contact: goosappteam@gmail.com. Postal contact: R. Conselheiro Costa Braga 135, 4450-122 Matosinhos, Portugal.
2. Drawings and game progress
Drawings, albums, virtual coins and game progress are stored on your device. Drawing evaluation runs on your device after the evaluation model has been downloaded. Goosprint does not upload your drawings to its server or Mixpanel for evaluation or model training. No account is required. Device backups, if enabled, are managed by Apple under your device settings.
You control artwork exported to Photos or another service. Goosprint requests permission when saving to Photos. Exported copies and any information you choose to send to another service are subject to that service’s privacy practices.
3. Usage analytics
The app automatically uses Mixpanel to understand how features are used and improve the app. It does not display an analytics consent prompt or provide an in-app analytics toggle. Analytics may include:
- A device or installation identifier used to associate events from the same installation.
- Device model, operating system, app version, language and region settings.
- Approximate location derived from the network request, such as country or city. The app does not request GPS access.
- Product interactions: screens opened, drawing sessions, tool choices, saves, order submissions, evaluation results and virtual game progress. Internal artwork, album and order identifiers may accompany events; artwork images are not sent.
These events are associated with the analytics identifier, so they are not described as anonymous. The app sends events to Mixpanel’s European API endpoint. Mixpanel processes this information to provide analytics services. See Mixpanel’s privacy information. Goosprint does not include advertising tracking, collect IDFA or use these data for cross-app targeted advertising.
4. Downloads, website visits and support
To enable local evaluation, Goosprint downloads model files from domesticnomads.com. The hosting service receives ordinary request information such as IP address, requested file, time and technical connection information. Opening our web documents also sends normal web requests to the hosting service.
If you email support, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive information. Support messages are separate from automatically collected app analytics.
5. Purposes and service providers
We process information to provide requested app features and support, operate downloads, maintain security and understand app usage. The relevant providers include Mixpanel for analytics, website/model hosting providers and email providers for support. Apple separately processes information associated with the App Store, system permissions and device services under its own policies. No purchase or subscription is required in version 1.0.
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may contact us to object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. This policy does not replace any separate consent required by law.
6. Storage and transfers
Local app data remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Deleting the app does not automatically erase analytics already sent or support correspondence. Server-side information is retained for the purposes described above, subject to service settings, deletion requests and applicable retention requirements; the retention period can differ between analytics, technical logs and support records. Contact us for information about the retention of data associated with your request.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. The European analytics endpoint does not imply that every provider operation occurs only in the European Union. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards govern international transfers.
7. Your choices and rights
You can delete local drawings in the app and remove local app data by deleting the app. Manage Photos permissions and device backups in iPad settings. Usage analytics is enabled automatically while you use the app. There is no in-app switch to disable it. The Privacy Policy is available in Settings. For requests concerning analytics or support data, contact goosappteam@gmail.com. We may need information sufficient to locate and verify the relevant data; we cannot identify a particular installation from a drawing stored only on your iPad.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. We handle requests subject to applicable law and identity verification.
8. Children and changes
Goosprint is a general-audience creative game and does not ask for a date of birth. If you believe that a child’s personal information has been provided to us, contact support so we can investigate and address it. Parents and guardians can manage app use and permissions through device settings.
We may update this policy when app features or data practices change. The updated date will appear on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change applies.
